HiDiamond Power cords...
The make up... configuation... and construction of the Oyaide M1/F1 is a work of art.
Theta Compli used as a CD Player? internal DAC
The Compli is a universal CD/DVD player that you don't need to connect to an external DAC. I had one for many years and was very happy with it. There's a lot to be said for buying a $5,000 piece of equipment for next to nothing.
Reason for selling is...
For me at least, half the fun of this hobby is arguing with myself over what to do and/or what I should have done. For example, I was perfectly happy with my loom of Kubala-Sosna cables. So what did I do, I sold all but one of them. Now I’m back i...

Soldered ends... very interesting. The M1 and F1's can be a little tricky if the cables are fat but otherwise it's easy.
D-SONIC SOA Class-D Core Amps. The best Class-D ?
In conversation, Theta Digital told me they're close to releasing a Class D Mono Amp housed in the Expression chasis.
Are there really any high end pre/processors at a
The Casablanca III with Extreme and Superior DAC’s that’s listed on AudiogoN right now for $3,000 might be just what you’re looking for in a processor.
Mapeshade cable lifts or any cable lifts?
Ghosthouse... I'm a believer. The Mapleshade cable lifts are nothing more than wooden dowels and a wooden napkin ring. You can buy this stuff at most any craft store for next to nothing.
2013 Wish List
My short list includes acquiring an Audio Magic Noise Disruptor, an Arye Amp, and an Audience AU24 power cord with PowerCon connector… and possibly replacing my Kubala Emotion XLR and Nordost Frey RCA interconnects with yet to be determined interc...
Building a house with dedicated stereo room-advice
Jweiss... WOW... That's a lot of pictures. Very Cool to say the least.
When does seller's responsibility end?
To validate the buyer's argument, why not ask the buyer to send you his Ipod so you can check it out for yourself... ... ... fair is fair.
Should listings include the age of the item?
Member "Buconero117" responded to a Blue Book question (Newbie question - Equipment with good resale value) as follows with emphasis added that he felt the Blue Book values are overstated:"For the major brands the general rule on fair used value, ...
Less listings
I think there are fewer Tweaks being listed. I've been waiting for weeks for someone to offer an Audio Magic Noise Disruptor(the larger of the two),but nobody's offering.
2012 Jazz cd compilation: Down Beat magazine
Without the luxury of being able to hear snippets, a few years back after reading a full page review of the Eric Whitacre release “Cloudburst”, I plunked down $30.00 and bought it. I remember the review going on and on and on about how magnifice...
Stick a fork in Dylan, he's done.
Maybe I’m losing track of the time intervals between new Dylan albums but here lately it seems every time I turn around Dylan’s got something new to offer. I just bought “Tempest” and IMO it’s just OK.
WA-Quantum GmbH's Quantum Chips
Ozzy... Where-in you say you "placed the power chip on the iEC just before my Audience Conditioner"... are you saying you placed the power chip on the PowerCon conector?
