| PS Audio P3 I would agree that the dac would be a small improvement and suggest that the P3 would benefit each component it powers. Experience with P5 & P10 has shown good benefits here but like each part you need to try one first.. | |

| Can I replace a 24uF capacitor with 22uF? The Clarity MR are large caps btw.. I would be inclined to parallel 2x12uf, as the circuit was designed with that esr in mind i would have thought. | |

| By-pass fuse and add a circuit breaker As Al says, no, not a good idea, but one i'm sure many have had. Circuit breakers in my experience, in the uk, degrade the sound quality far more than a fuse. | |

| Breaking in speaker cables?? OP, by 'speaker disconnected', i trust you don't mean shorting the circuit, i.e. joining the red and black at the speaker end?? There are amps that might tolerate this but 99% will go bang.. |
