Mike-I've read that it's the wind noise rushing by at speed that is the killer, not necessarily the pipes. Of course I haven't owned a straight piped bike in a long time. You may not hear it w/the pipes playing their music at speed but it's there ...

Just about any of the discs from David Grisman's "Acoustic Disc" label are HDCD & superbly recorded. Garcia & Grisman "So What" is one of my favs.

I agree. I used to own them & would still if my listening space hadn't changed. I would not hesitate to buy them again if I had the space. I'd look at Sim, Edge or Belles SS amps if I were going to do it again.
