Smooth sounding copper IC like Kubala Sosna
Hi Jdub,Your suggestion is nice. But truthfully speaking the power cords I use are loaded with natural warmth, especially in the lower mids to upper mids. I am 100% sure it is not the culprit. Moreover they present such palpability that I dont wan...
Smooth sounding copper IC like Kubala Sosna
I have heard the Synchestra Signature and did not like it at all. It was too edgy and in your face for my taste.I may actually look at the expression. Fascination may be too entry level for my system.BTW, I am also getting a used Jorma No3 for an ...

Silver vs cryogenic treated copper
Pani, can you please say the wires you evaluated before and after their cryogenic processing? Thats an interesting question. Short answer is NO. I have not heard the same wire before and after cryo. But its just my observation after hearing some of...
Silver vs cryogenic treated copper
Two things I have noticed:1. Typically all pure silver wires I have heard till date alter the tone and timbre of the instruments.2. Cryogenic treatment of wires also makes the sound tad dry and lifeless, less micro details as well.I am waiting for...

Surprising that there were not any comments on the ICs I have short listed :(. I thought these were pretty reputed ICs so I will get at least some opinions on how they sound and how they compare.
