You should go back to the seller and renegotiate.  The long-term tweeter unavailability falls into the "act of God" concept.  You've upheld your part of the deal and the seller hasn't.  It may not be his fault, but, so what!

Class A into Class AB
It's important because most loudspeakers are only drawing 1 to 5 watts most of the time which for many amps keeps them in the class A operating range.  
Amplfiers that Sound like Pass 30.8 that are not so heavy
Keep the amp and hire somebody to move it around after you finish unpacking.  It's cheaper in the long run and there's no risk to upsetting the sound of your system.
