It will soon be paired with a Toolshed Amps 300b amp.   Its being built right now. That should be an awesome combo.

How old are the speakers?   Able to try another pair of speakers?    Check across the speaker terminals for even the finest strand of wire touching across terminals on both speaker end and amp end.   I would borrow a small pair of speakers with a ...

"In that case your myopia prevents you from looking at Nagra, Wavac, Kondo and Audionote" Not at all.... those are all beyond my means. $5k is stretching it I guess what I should have said was I don’t want anything made in China

I was looking at the Rhumba....  looks like it got many good reviews from both critics and users
Bricasti M3 or Lumin T2
I am interested in Bricasti....  I am squirreling some money away for a dac down the road.   The OP is correct with respect to networking and software.  The best hardware is only as good as the firmware that controls it.  RME is a good example, th...
All NEW Klipsch Jubilee Horn Speakers !... Game Changer ?...
Great people over at Audio Visual Therapy.   Definitely my first choice when looking for a new toy.  . I got the invite too, wish I could have attended but had a family thing.    They not only do a great job representing Klipsch, but they step up...
Anyone try using a 5751 in place of a 12AT7?
I always stick with the correct tube.  I am positive this has contributed to the long life of any tube gear I have owned.   My amps can take any EL34 or 6L6 variant but I only use 12ax7 input tubes, 6922 drivers.
