adjustable "fixed" bias amps Turn the lights off. Is the anode glowing red? Even a little? If so back off the bias until the red is just gone. That's the top of the bias range. Optionally, you can adjust for SQ from there down. | |

Phase inverted preamps and Rel Subwoofers. High bias can cause the unit to run hot. If it's new, you may need to run it on low for a period. Check with Dan Wright in case there's an issue with the thermal sensor etc. | |
