JBL LSR6312SP Help
It's just a powered subwoofer, good for only 28Hz-80Hz. You'll need something else to fill out the rest of the range. All the best, Nonoise

That would take some serious work and revisions for Admin and I doubt they'd even entertain the idea. Also, practically everyone else here will call it some form of censorship which won't go over well.  I think that with the new tools we have at ...
Spam as far as the eye can see!!
I flagged about a dozen last night before hitting the hay and noticed that they weren't the usual, foreign based junk but seemed to be of US origin. The two names that they used were eerily similar to some who used to post here under many differen...
A guy asks a question about high efficiency speakers........
For the past two days I've had a hard time getting A'gon to load and end up getting a "500" error message and have to try a few times to access this site. I really hope it's not the spammers. Gremilins I can deal with, but spammers, no. All the b...

Building a custom isolation equipment rack
Sounds like your going for constrained layer damping. Maybe something like the damping material used in cars for sound isolation may work. They usually have an adhesive backing for a nice flush fit. From your choice of wood, it looks like you're ...
Posting Images in Audiogon Forum Posts - A Reluctant Quasi-Tutorial
I don't know how Imgur works but ImgPile is simple and easy for even a Luditte like me. Might be worth the bother if you don't need to upload lots of photos but just the ones you want in order to post.  All the best, Nonoise

Dark ages? I kinda like it here, wandering around towards the light....
Posting Images in Audiogon Forum Posts - A Reluctant Quasi-Tutorial
For me, with ImgPile, after uploading like you did, all I have to do is select the image I want to use, right click and go down to "copy image address" and paste it in the URL of the "scene" icon from above. I use a Mac. Then I click "OK" and pre...
Capital Audiofest, save thyself!
All of this reminds me of the old joke: Does the band take requests? Ya, but they'll probably keep on playing.
