| Room size for B&W 802D??? I think you should be okay. The 802d puts out a whole lot more bass than your 803s. You will love it. I had them both. You need a Krell amp to get the best out of your speakers though. I use a 700cx.Nick | |

| Accuphase P-7100 vs Pass Labs X350.5 I have 802D and can tell you that your speakers need at least 300 good watts for them to open up. I had the Accu M1000 monos before and they were not powerful enough. On the other hand, the sound of the Accu is so good. | |
| Upgrade DAC or Buy New I have the Accustic Arts Tube DAC and absolutely was stunned when I first heard it. You can get their now discontinued Mk. 3 version for around $2-2.5K. I am pretty sure that will be a big improvement over the 2003 DAC. | |

| Tube amp suggestions for B&W 802D I use a pr of BAT 150se at 150w/channel and they drive the 802D without any problems. The ARC should be more than enough. I used to drive them w/ a pair of 100w/channel tube amp and that was not enough. | |
