The never ending upgrade bug is creeping out now.Need suggestion on the CD Transport to be used with Teac, Looking from CEC but they are quite expensive, would to keep the cost below 1K.suggestions are welcome..

I have seen dealer using 'Spec' amplification used with Fact-8, yes the Fact series from PMC is pretty precise and the bass is quite deep.Spec is  quite warm sounding and for the size it is quite powerful.

Finally brought the Teac  UD503Dac, warm sounding dac, with headphone amp and AKM chip does the conversion..thanks  all  for of your suggestion.

Ud503 tried with Coax input from blu-ray player, sounds very dull thick mid, bloated bass, high's seem to be normal, overall not to my taste

I heard Teac UD503, seems to be soft, laid back sound, still  have good detail.On forums SCHIIT Gungnir has good review, will try to audition.Even LM-502CA has good response, and also Ayre codex.
