Which belt-driven table to play Rock vinyl? Thorens TD309 is my choice (and my dream turntable) to step up from my entry Thorenns TD203, BTW which I'm quite happy with. With your larger budget the TD309 is available w/ careful shopping near your budget. Many of awards and great reviews too....

New upper trim level Corvette or seven year old used amps? I like a fine very stereo, but my vote is for the new mid-engine corvette you mentioned in your initial post. I’d get out and about instead of confined to a room.

What speakers use SEAS or SEAS-sourced drivers? Murphythecat,I've been thinking of building the Seas a26 kit from Madisound. Does it sound like a modern version of the Dynaco a25, which is praised for its beautiful lush midrange? I will be pairing w a tube amp in a small listening room.
What speakers use SEAS or SEAS-sourced drivers? I agree that speakers utilizing Seas drivers are particularly good sounding. I use the Seas Froy mk3 kit from Madisound and it's quite spectacular. If your handy w woodworking consider it.

What AV amplifier for 4 x b&W + centre Tom, your on to it with your suggestion of separate multi-ch power amp to bi-amp L&R speakers and use your Arcam for other speakers. For now, if you Arcam is a 7.2 avr and allows bi-amping L&R speakers you'll notice a step up in sound w/o ...

Legacy Audio Focus versus Vienna Acoustics Liszt I've not heard the Liszt, but other Vienna speakers impressed me as being warm w/ softer dynamics. I wonder if this would be a good match w/ PrimaLuna. The Liszt may have higher resolution and work well w tubes. I'm not saying that it isn't a good...
Klipsch!. The worst speaker company, EVER? Thanks for your experiences w/ H3 at 8' distance. BTW, how are your ears from mixing large arenas, and what type of music?
Klipsch!. The worst speaker company, EVER? Gawdbless, that's an outstanding review on the H3s from Hi-Fi+ you had a link to. It gives me a lot of ammunition before pulling the trigger on a pair for my tube amp. While my room is medium to large, the seating distance of only 6-10' away may b...
