| Magnepan 1.6 speakers I had the best experience with my 1.6's with a Levinson 335. They need a lot of current and high damping factors to control those panels. No offense but the Cambridge is just not up to the challenge... | |
| Proac reference 8 signature or Meadowlark Kestrel My vote is for the Proac's, BUT have never heard the Meadowlarks. I used my Ref8 Sigs with a AR CA50 Tube integrated and it was wonderful for all types of music.. | |

| Can use a Theta DS Pro Basic III as a DAC? Yes I am using one right now. Have found the M Audio gear works great as USB to Digital converter. There are plenty out there that will work just fine...Good Luck | |
| Proac Tablette Ref 8 Sig Vs 1SC I had Sig 8's they are much better sounding then the 1sc's. Much more resolving and open sounding. My room was 12x10x9 and with a good set of stands had plenty of bass for the type of music you are listening to..Good luck! | |
