Nicks or McVie.....
Great post. I’ve had many heated debates over this topic. McVie has always been better to my ears. Listen to her in “warm ways”. Puts a smile on my face every time.
OK - Now What…?
Aren’t you lucky.
My Apologies to Miller Carbon
I think mc has great info to divulge. I also find him quite funny. Don’t know why people take his insults seriously. Who gives a  %~<£?

Best vintage DD turntables from the 70's and 80's?
Pioneer pl-630. All stainless. Very heavy. Built like a tank. Has the cool quartz or manual pitch gauge. Great table.

Carpenters are swamped and you will pay a premium. Go to a cabinet maker and show them a pic and give them the dimensions you want. Btw, I’m a master Carpenter and make my own shelving. We are booked for at least a year.
The Hungarian is here and staying for ever.
Thanks. I’m considering buying the amp. It seems very well built and the reviews are awesome. I like the Spartan eastern block look.

Does Steely Dan sound bright to you?
Not bright but nasally and boring.
Old Amps that can still Kick Butt
Any older krell. I love my first gen ksa-100. Had the electrolytics replaced and it’s good for another 30yrs.. 80lbs, dual mono, pure class A. There are very few amps I’d upgrade to and those will cost a small fortune.
why did my record player slow down, speed up, then go back to normal?
atmosphere is correct. The speed potentiometer might be corroded. This happens a lot on old technics 1200 tt. It's also could be the speed control module.
Speaker repair...is it easy?
+1 millercarbon. It’s not that tough. Keep it centered as best you can and you’ll be fine. I did this to my old jbl l300 and they’re still golden after 10 yrs.. Watch a YouTube vid on it.
