| Advice on speakers? Joe - I am recommending a 2 channel (integrated amp or separates) for music and a 5 channel receiver for home theatre. If you get high efficiency speakers, your amp will cost less. More power = more $ all else being equal. | |

| Tube Ampp Almarro low level hum I placed weights on the transfomers and indeed that solved the hum problem. Then I tried using springs under the amp to isolate it and that solved the hum problem without the weights. Thanks for all the great advice to solve the problem. | |
