Distortion-I way too American. Bigger this, more that...Seriously thou, when I simply turn up the level the mid-bass starts taking too much precedent. It's like the woofers in the center speaker start standing out, not just an increase in dialog l...

Please take my remark "Pick another hobby," with a large pile of salt.Really what I meant is some people are perfectly fine with most any given gear(they are not reading this...) and, myself at least, find the limits of my gear and try to learn wh...

Do you have a subwoofer? Let me know I have a few ideas pending that answer.Per 4)WPC channel matching I have no idea what you are talking about here. Their are reasons why some match better than others, generally with the level of gear your into ...
High End HT
Details, all in the details. You would be surprised at how many little things you miss in the average HT setup. The background noises, the bump of an elbow, the creaking of strings and such.Honestly I bet in some movies you might be missing ~10% o...

Choking more SPL's out of Maggie 3.6's
Interesting thoughts about the Brystons. I had 9b-st and into a lower load(rated 6ohm by manufacture, speakers were reviewed by some rag and dipped just a tich below 4 in reality, huh) and it always ran out of gas and started clipping/thermal shut...
