How do I switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet cables? I mentioned at the beginning of this thread that you can buy a router that accepts a SIM card which means you don't need hard wired internet and still get 5G. So MESH etc. is not required.
Musetec (LKS) MH-DA005 DAC Well just in case anyone is interested, I have SR Purple fuses in all my gear and recently put a SR Masterfuse in my power conditioner. The sound in unbelievable, like a huge component upgrade, like I upgraded everything. A single fuse upgrade i...
Musetec (LKS) MH-DA005 DAC @budkine Don't listen to the cloth eared old bat, he's been on the turps again, the Purple makes a great improvement. The original fuse is T(Slow Blow) 3.15A, you should replace it with a T4A Purple. The original fuse is a semi-boutique fuse you...
Powered or unpowered USB? Experiment using electrical tape. If your equipment works without power, tape up the + and - at BOTH ends or the USB can act as an aerial. Power in a USB cable can be very detrimental to the sound.

Music Server Advice I've never used Roon and don't intend to either because it has the potential to interfere with the original recordings. I use an Aurender N20 with the Conductor App via Android, however Aurender do tend to prefer Apple, but Conductor doesn't inte...

T+A Dac 200 HDMI issues You never mentioned you have an Aurender. The best solution is to rip your SACDs and store them on the Aurender’s hard drive. I use an Oppo 103 with great results, although there are Sony players that can do this. Once you figure it out it’s sim...

Has Tweek Geek stop selling QSA products? According to QSA Lanedri lower quality cables respond best to their conditioning process. They use whole ready built cables such as Blue Jeans and Sablon. However Tweek was making his own cables so he could have a cooker or know the technique. ...
T+A Dac 200 HDMI issues @fuzztone +1 Why would the creator of SACDs allow you to jailbreak them? I'm surprised however that the T+A 200 doesn't have a USB drive input, you could then play .dsf files through that. Looks like you'll going to need a server/streamer to fe...
Has Tweek Geek stop selling QSA products? Yeah, about the same time QSA Lanedri started promoting their QSA cables Tweek was offering their own range of QSA cables. Remains to be seen who owns the secret sauce. |
