If you still spin CD's their is a reference level Transport for reasonable money
@david_ten Yeah, I did some research and saw what dac you were referring to. It isn't balanced and therefore won't work for me, but I'm still on the lookout to see if there's a dac I'd rather have besides the Terminator.

I ordered mine through Mike Powell and didn't have to pay any additional fees that I'm aware of. It was delivered by DHL.

Their speaker cables sound amazing in my experience.
Have transports improved for Redbook CD playback?
I just put a Jay's Audio CDT2 MK2 into my system, replacing a Musical FIdelity M1 CDT, and an April Music Stello CDT100. The jay's is MUCH MUCH better than the Musical FIdelity, and the Musical Fidelity was better than the Stello, to my ears. The ...
Acoustical Systems APOLYT Turntable – The Revelation
I go between this table and the American Sound AS-2000 as my dream table. Were I able to afford it, I believe I’d go with the Apolyt. Though more people have heard the AS, and report that it is basically without a sound of it’s own. I would love t...

@snopro Thanks for your insight. After doing more research, as of right now I'll be going with the Terminator. It seems to fit the bill for what I'm looking for, versus what I can actually buy. Had I the money, I'd be looking at a Aries Cerat Kass...

Just unboxed and set my CDT-2 up .......So far it's destroyed my previous transport (Musical Fidelity M1 CDT). More of everything, and it just puts everything together much better. Images are denser. The picture is more coherent This is with less ...
Aries Cerat
I have experience with the Kassandra, but not enough to go in depth. I've heard it at the home of the distributor, as he's here in Austin and part of the local audio group.
Denafrips maybe have a second thought.
@dgarretson How would you describe the sound of the Terminator compared to the Formula?I'm considering getting a Terminator and would love to hear your thoughts.
DENAFRIPS Terminator & Jay’s Audio CDT-3 MK2, A Review
@bluewolf  I ordered the batter pack a few days ago for my Tortuga. I'm excited to get it and see if it helps. It's going to take forever for it to arrive unfortunately, but I'm optimistic about the potential gains in performance. Thanks for passi...

There is a US importer, Beyond HiFi. He's in Austin. I would reach out to him. His name is Joshua.

@wig I'm also very interested in your findings, as I am considering this transport as well, to replace my Musical Fidelity M1 and my April Music Stello CDT100.
DENAFRIPS Terminator & Jay’s Audio CDT-3 MK2, A Review
@bluewolf  thanks for the great review. I've been looking for a great transport that I can actually afford, and this seems like it might be the one. I currently have an April Music CDT 100, but the Jay's sounds like it betters it, and not insignif...
Technics Sp10 Mk2 vs SL-1200G - I finally did an A/B
I currently have a MK2, and am planning on using it sans plinth. Could anyone point me in the direction of someone that could make a tonearm pod? Or some that are heavy and already made, but not crazily expensive?I heard the MK3 at Albert Porter's...
