For what it is worth, I enjoy my VPI and Hana cartridge a lot. I did have a Tavish Adagio phono stage and it was good, but surprisingly my new McIntosh preamp has a better sounding phono stage, so I sold the Tavish.  That said, if you have a good...

What was the most impactful addition to your system?
For me it was getting the room right. Asking someone who actually knew what they were doing (in my case an aquaintance who worked in the industy) with placement and treatment. My room is basically a square, so its not "supposed" to be good acoust...

I use all Kimber Kable Base in my system with the WBT connectors for the interconnects and phono cable. (sounds better than the balanced in my opinion. (I have them in both and use all the SE cables now). They are fine and don't break the bank.

@trentmemphis I am new here but looking at the Stirlings at upscale audio. I also have the McIntosh MC152 amp paired with a C50 pee amp. After your apparent two years with these are you still happy?  I tend to listen to Jazz old (Miles, Thelonius...
