I saw the mention of the group War.  One wonderful day of my life was driving with the top down and my best friend to Road America for The Historic Races and "All Day Music" by War came on.  The song simply added to one of the best times of my life.

The lead singer for the Dave Clark Five was Mike Smith. Mike died a few years back because of complications from an earlier accident.  Actually I looked it up and Mr. Smith died longer ago than I thought.  Time does pass quickly.https://en.wikiped...

Variation on a theme. What are your other passions in life?
I have tried to follow Hannibal's Cookbook, but still prefer a well aged Bordeaux.
A sincere Thank You to AudiogoN members for the congeniality and sharing!

A move has me thinking of a CD changer....?
What I am looking for is for non-critical listening when I am on my p.c. or fixing a meal, etc.  To load up 5 or so CDs and let them play at random through the meal.  I had a Denon and Sony in the past, but consolidated from 3 systems down to one....
