Aerial 10T in a small room
I don't think square footage wise it will be a problem but the fact your ROOM is a square might cause some difficulty with set-up ... you may end up not be able to position the speakers where you want in relation to the rest of your furnishings to...
im searching for a budget 2 channel setup
well one difficult thing will be finding something with a radio frequency remote vs an infrared remote (for the amp and CD player since both will be hidden) ... if your gear is obscured from view it will also be out of line of sight for an infrare...
Good Horn Speakers Of Moderate Size
you are all over the place in price ...do you have a budget in mind???
Studio by Donald North Audio
physically they resemble some of the big Polks from yesteryear ... techinically a totally different animal ... not sure any of the audio rags will review them due to limited distribution
Digital room correction, any recommendations?
Lyngdorf Room Perfect but it is not cheap ... I think this is similar or same as the technology licensed to the aforementioned KRK.
Buying new, but old speakers

Polk Audio A10
you are right about mid/treble refinement ... this will be especially apparent with modern gear and CD. With a vintage receiver or similar with vinyl, the mid/treble problem is not as noticeable.the klipsch forte suffers from similar problems BUT ...
Polk Audio A10
u mean the 10A right??? very nice speaker from many years ago ... I had picked up a used pair myself a few years ago and was very (pleasantly) surprised how they sounded compared to some of today's speakers. another nice vintage speaker is the Kli...
Any gemme tanto v2 owners out there?
A USB DAC would be a good addition for playing your computer files ... MANY options available these days. You can spend a little or a lot! May want a DAC that has more than just USB inputs if you have an older CD player and wish to use the DAC for...
Should Equalizers make a comeback?
What I miss is the variable loudness control of my old Yamaha and Vector Research receivers of MANY years ago. Worked GREAT for a little bass boost for low level listening. The Leben mentioned above has a similar feature but it is fixed to one lev...
