| Amp first approach to build a system. Anyone did it ? inna I did the same thing pretty much back when I started I was obsessed about tube amps so focused on amps first and speakers later. I now would do that totally backwards and was fortunate to end up with a well balanced system. | |

| How long does it take your tube amp to warm up? My amps are SETs and a very simple low parts circuit and sound good right out of the box. It's possible they start to sound better after 30 mins or so but wouldn't want to bet my life on it. | |

| W4S DAC The idea that Dac tech moves that fast is meaningless a good Dac is still a good Dac if you evaluate it based on SQ. My Dac is around 13 years old and sounds fantastic. | |

| New computer for Streaming???? robshaw I've found a tablet makes an excellent remote control for running your control app. I picked up a refurbished Ipad mini for a little over $100 6 years ago for this purpose and it's still running strong. |
