| Anyone try this way to wire your loudspeakers? It seems to me that you (if the jumper wires are removed) you have changed the impedance of the mids/tweets as far as the amp is concerned. Have you tried swapping the leads between the 8 and 4 ohm taps to see what the diff is? | |
| What's with 4 ohm speakers? In tweeters the mass of the voice coil becomes an issue so I do not doubt that they would use 4 ohms over 8. All things being equal that would cut the voice coil weight in half. | |
