the 9's, if excellent to mint...very rare, and arguably the greatest tube monos of all time. pair with a 7 and you're so 'there', its not funny. 
Amp for some new Gallos
agree with Elevick...the overall mellow character of the gallo doesn't need tubes...that said, a cj amp is pretty good with jusy about any pair of speakers.

Lowther drivers, front horn or back loaded horn?
alanbrain....you have a great system. if you're thinking horns, go straight to klipsch cornwalls or heresys....lowther based systems (except for the most expensive and heavy cabinets)won't do bass, and in all honesty, your tylers are pretty darn g...

good list audiofeil.....it was fun seeing the beach boys live,but when carl died, it was over.....i'll add steely dan who have been phoning it in since gaucho, which was a snoozer too. i'll also add van valen, who all need therapy.
