| Recommend me a DAC under 3k I swapped out a modified (Grannyring) MHDT Orchid for a Bifrost 2/64 after extensive listening because there were just instruments and melodies, etc., I could not hear behind the nice "rounded" tonality of the Orchid (under multiple tubes). | |

| Anthem STR: Why all the hate? As for dealers I think they like what they like, just like customers. Agreed. Plus they get commissions for products they carry. That probably adds something, because people like to make money rather than not make money. |
