Perfect Path Technologies: Omega E mat Yes Uber. I have cards on my SOTM trifecta. Two each! Love the results after a few days. These cards are great on linear power supplies for our digital front ends also.
Perfect Path Technologies: Omega E mat I have also used the magnetic sheets as pointed out by sbayne. They work rather well for little money. The mats, cards and contact paste all work well with them. Great info sbayne!
Perfect Path Technologies: Omega E mat Yes indeed. To those open minded and intentionally curious they will find these to be the best tweaks ever offered in terms of improving sound quality. Nothing better.
Aurender vs. Roon Nice! Thanks.
Aurender vs. Roon How long a wait Audio Doctor if I order an Innuous today? Their site still suggests they are not filling orders.
Aurender vs. Roon I was not asking you thyname. I was asking the dealer who is posting here.
Aurender vs. Roon How long does someone wait ordering one today? Not sure about their business model as they don’t seem to have a handle on production and demand realities.I would buy one if I knew when I was getting it.
Aurender vs. Roon Problem is nobody seems to be able to get the new Innuous units. I have had several friends just give up and cancel orders. Do they really ship products now? No joke. I was also interested, but turned off by the months and months of waiting my f...
Who has Luv for the Lyngdorf 2170 and is thinking about the 3400. Seems they no longer sell the stand alone room correction unit. Cable quality is not a function or price. Not every high end cable is best for your particular room, rig and preferences. Once you get the unit just determine if all sounds as you wa...
Who has Luv for the Lyngdorf 2170 and is thinking about the 3400. The analog outs on the 2170 are not a strength in terms of the unit’s design. I never said it was not meant to be used with another amp. I said if you want the best sound then going through the analog outs you will be sacrificing sound quality vs ...
Who has Luv for the Lyngdorf 2170 and is thinking about the 3400. I probably posted this at least a dozen times on this thread and others but yes I have tried many other solid-state and tube amps with the 2170. The 2170 always sounded better by itself. Yes you should’ve run room correction and that is my quote a...
Any Tekton users in UK??? Just call Or email Tekton and see what they can do for you. Great speakers!
Jumperless jumpers Yes this is a good method for sure. Even better sound can be had however by building jumpers using the Duelund 16 gauge stranded copper in cotton wire for the highs. Four strands twisted in a starquad configuration per individual jumper.
Are ferrites effective for cabling? I reseached the right ones to use and experimented. Did my due diligence. Dulled the sound unfortunately. So yes one could say they lowered the noise floor, but they also lowered the Fidelity! Oh well.
Are ferrites effective for cabling? Ok, tried them on Ethernet and usb cables and found they dulled the sound too much. Much like putting any amount of Stillpoints ERS tape on cables. |
