Are future improvements in Amp/PreAmps slowing to a crawl?
Moo goo gai pan. Mmmmm! Making me hungry. 🍲
Are future improvements in Amp/PreAmps slowing to a crawl?
The original question had to do with psychological not physiological issues related to human sensory perception. For the answers to that question one has to think outside the box. Outside all the boxes. This is Peter Belt territory, and Rupert She...
Why don't amplifier Companies use high end fuses?
Costco_emoji, let me know when they, whoever they are, can measure sweetness, air, glare, musicality, presence, music that gives you goosebumps, venue recognition. No need to reply, it's only a rhetorical statement. 😛

I’d say about 90% of the problem audiophiles face is getting all the music that is in the grooves and all the data that is on the disc. It’s really a playback problem. The challenge is to resurrect or archaeologically dig up the information, clean...

I hate to judge these things too quickly but it certainly appears that human sensory perception, psychoacoustics and how the brain interacts with its surroundings (mind matter interaction) are subjects that tend to make grown men and audiophiles r...

You obviously don’t understand testing, evidence or the fallibility of blind tests. Of course that’s nothing new. Pseudo skeptics have been threatening audiophiles with their silly blind tests for ages.

Synergistic Red Fuse ...
Oh, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'm sure the mods are quite adept at deep sixing anyone who steps over the line. 😬

So, anyone who is not on board the SR train is a downer? A bold move. It sounds like you’re saying we need a little more enthusiasm. 😛 Meanwhile, I’ll look into setting up a Damage Assessment and Spin Control Office. 😀

mmrkaic@geoffkait Several points here.1. I stated my credentials simply to elucidate why I reject the pseudo scientific narratives about "the sound of cables". There was not argument from you or anyone else that needed to be refuted on its merits....

Whoa! Another excellent example of Appeal to Authority. Once I read, "I have 40+ Years in the business" all the errors in the screed suddenly made sense. For example, just one of many errors, high end cable manufacturers don’t get their wire from ...
