| McIntosh autoformers vs direct-coupled output i don't know too much about equipment but i think with the mcintosh autoformers the power is the same into 2,4 and 8 ohms. with a direct-coupled amp the power is different in those 3 different ohms. | |

| CDs Vs LPs i've heard lp's, casettes and cd's. i like them all. one thing i can say about an lp is that they seem to have a 'unique' sound which a casette and cd don't have. it's too hard to explain what i mean. also, cd's don't have that 'click and pop'!!! |
