Hearing loss , speakers or headphones ?
Headphones do NOT cause hearing loss,irresponsible use does!!!As for speakers I would recommend Klipsch.Need very little power,sound good at low levels and are also known to be slightly hot on the top end...

Your concern WAS valid years ago when the influx of chinese gear started but the bad guys where quickly weeded out..I have owned several pieces from Cayin and Yaqin and they where all well built and the parts genuine...
