Sonus Faber speaker boxes worth $1200 ? I see nothing wrong with this picture. It's a supply and demand problem. I am sure there will be someone who may pay this price if they really needed/ wanted the item. I'd rather have an option to buy something at a high and potentially unfair pri...

Killer used integrated for Krell kav 300. It’s slightly more than $500 but definitely has a typical sound signature of Krell. It looks good too.

Classical Music for Aficionados I had the fortune of attending Buniatishvili’s Schubert concert about two years ago and can say her playing is very consistent with this recording. She is indeed creative with a magical and soft touch, yet powerful at the same time. I agree with r...
tube magic with digital source? Agree with tomcy6, however, I believe that simply introducing a tube amp will improve the sound regardless.. Granted, it has to match the speakers well. And of course everything else matters if you're looking for perfection.
tube magic with digital source? I'm using a cheap blue sound node with a Mastersound 845 SET. It sounds magical. I just bought an aurender A100 and hope it will improve the sound, though I can't imagine my set up sounding better.
LS50 and Classical LS50 won't sound good with classical no matter what you do. If you must stay with stand mounts you'll have to add a sub. But I'd definitely get rid of LS50 and replace with Harbeth or Sonus Faber. Alternatively, Focal micro utopia will sound much ...
