Tyler Acoustic speakers I have a pair of T1 timekeepers and I totally enjoy them. I am driving them with a rogue Atlas 3 magnum and Rogue RP1. It seems to be a very nice combination. The Tylers are very musical, super easy to live with. I am experiencing no fatigue. (I w...
What is the best 2 channel listening chair? A clapped out semi overstuffed recliner, complete with camouflage duct tape. (Camo because it disappears and doesn’t effect acoustics in any way). If I posted a picture, I’d have to add a viewer warning. Very comfortable, it’s mine and no one else...
SVS sub owners, Past and Present I have a PB2000 pro. It is big, makes a 3000 sq. foot house shake and rattle, makes wife mad. What's not to like?
Bookshelf speakers - Paradigm, KEF, Totem Take a look at Tyler Acoustics. I'm really enjoying my T1 Timekeepers. He has several other monitors available. Mine are paired with an SVS sub and they sound sweet with everything!
Feel free to talk me off the ledge @sns I auditioned the BRX further and they truly are a great stand mount, worth every penny and then some! I actually ended up with they Tyler Timekeepers and I’m glad I did. I was very intrigued by the small shop and it’s super helpful and greg...
No frills speaker manufacturers I do really enjoy my Timekeepers. Of course I would love to have a pair of upper end Tannoy's for several of the reasons listed above. But I had 2k burning a hole in my wallet, not 6 to 9k.
Fear Inoculum in Vinyl I love it in both formats. One of my favorite albums for sure.
Who's an artist that you're a fan of but whose name you're not sure how to pronounce? Sanguisugabogg
Boutique or Big Brand? Check out Tyler Acoustics. He has quite a range of options. Excellent customer service and return policy and he's a heck of a guy to deal with. I'm totally smitten with my Timekeeper monitors. His speakers have had some positive mentions in some o...
Tyler acoustics (T1) - recced by GR research I'm about a month in with my Tyler T1 Timekeepers. They were demo's for Tyler and nicely broken in. I absolutely love them! I would consider them a very listenable speaker. I'm experiencing no fatigue at all. Not like the Klipsch Heresy IV's the T...
Does Formula 1 racing and high end audio go together for anyone else? HiFi, all things motor sport (especially F1), and interesting wrist watches. In that order.
Let me explain something to you jive turkeys. I am pretty sure we all can relate to those times when we were young and we “discovered” a band, or a sound that really hit us hard. For many of us that was the spark that led us into a lifetime journey in music and hifi. Why some choose to harsh ...
Klipsch Forte IV ... what amp ? @avanti1960 funny you should mention, I have been thinking exactly that. Or saving and going for a pair of Rogue monoblocks
American Made Audio Products @dmyersmd I picked up a new Rogue pre-amp from Northern Audio in Pitt. Beautiful shop, and Mark was awesome to deal with. Of course I just can't go into a shop for 15min. I was there for an hour and a half. He had a pair of the Deville's and I w...
Klipsch Forte IV ... what amp ? Rogue Atlas and a Mac240 here with my Heresy IV's. Love them both. What I'm gunning for now is bringing a Rogers into the mix |
