| HOW CRITICAL ARE JUMPER CABLES High quality jumpers for sure. I use Walker Silver Jumpers. Always connect main speaker wires to the woofer LF first then jump to HF from there. LF needs more power first then HF. At least that’s what my understanding. | |

| Passive vs Active...Again! I’ll take a shot here, I think stereo manufacturers originally assumed their components would be integrated into living spaces, not dedicated listening rooms. My advice is to find something that you like and put it in the mix. | |

| Tube Preamps that work well with SS amps? McIntosh MC500 and C2300 tube preamp. Also an Mx110z and MC30s both of which are tubes. A tube amp and preamp doesn’t necessarily produce the results you’re are referring. |
