Silk Purse Out of a Sow's Ear?
@mijostyn I did upgrade to a Parasound integrated in their HALO series and am enjoying it very much. Am using my Polk towers as my surround.
Placement of Dual Powered Subs with Tower Speakers
I just went through what you are going through and if you check out my post you will read a lot of different things. As you, I received the first the day before the 2nd and got it integrated pretty easily. Adding the second proved challenging for ...
Silk Purse Out of a Sow's Ear?
I have a pair of Polk RTi7A's and recently 'upgraded' to B&W bookshelves. I'm not sure yet the money was spent wisely though I am still dialing positioning in.

Thank you @millicurie999 , I will be researching this product. All of this is very new to me and very daunting!I think I've finally got this to where it's listenable at least and no that with a few minor tweaks I can get it pretty close until I'm ...

Perfect Speaker Placement - Put next to the back wall as much as possible.
Thank you @sangbro for posting these links. I am still experimenting with speaker placement and unlike @millercarbon am open to the idea I might actually able to learn something I don't. @millercarbon I will continue to read your post and learn wh...

@reubent My set up is exactly as you describe and in talking to REL and their literature that is all exactly as you describe as well. I think my issue has to be placement. If the subs sound fantastic in HT after I run Audyssey and they have been r...
Floor-standing vs Book-shelf from upper line up?
@hilde45 Gotcha! I think it was probably you who was talking about the Fritz a couple of months or longer ago. I checked out the site and like what I saw. Maybe someday... a bit out of my price range currently and I need to spend some time with th...

@larry5729 No, the integrated has nothing to do with the HT side of things but I must run my receiver through it for my mains to get signal as they are still deployed while watching the tube or movies. The integrated has HT bypass which is confusi...

@hilde45 Why are you sending the Carreras back and going with the Salks?

Thanks for the chuckle millercarbon! My question is why do some peoples handle auto fill when you @ them but not others like yours?

@crn3371 I was speaking with customer service at REL yesterday and they said you do want your Speakons connected at the same time while in HT because it will continue to enhance the main speakers musicality and fullness while in HT as well as the ...
Floor-standing vs Book-shelf from upper line up?
i have to agree with @noromance on this one. Adding a couple of RELs to the equation will help you on the low end. I went from floors to B&W bookshelves. The one thing on this though that I miss is the ability to move air when I want to.

@hshifi I did the sub crawl yesterday and am thinking I will employ that positioning as soon as wifey clears out all the Christmas decor. One issue I realized with at least one sub is I am at least 20' away where I found a good spot with good reso...
