"...characteristic initials in gold, which decorate the sides of the cartridge housing, stand as a signal to the outside world that this technologically advanced cartridge is ******** the finest, most accurate and in our own opinion also best-soun...
What do you think?
Oregon,It doesn't matter whether the photo is "crappy" or not. It doesn't matter whether the object in the photo is "inanimate" or not. It doesn't matter whether the item in the photo is of low value. All that matters is that it wasn't your photo ...
What do you think?
Elevick,How does Muzikats intellectual property become everyone's property??The fact that a photo is published on the internet does not mean that the photographer has given up his rights to the photo. The example you use, movie stars, is an except...
Keep my tubes??
Recently I offered some NOS tubes for sale. I purchased them 8 or 10 years ago for $300.00. They all sold within 15 minutes for $900.00 to a buyer in Japan. Seems that NOS tubes are a very good investment.
lo-end & hi-end SACD players sound the same ?
You could make the same claim with regard to the minor differences between the Oppo DV-970HD and the Sony SCD-1. Your ears are discerning in that there is very little difference in audio reproduction but a substantial difference in present value.

You can't have too many apostrophe's

According to Hiram Toro, Managing Director of Koetsu USA;"On the surface most buyers can't readily tell the difference between a genuine and a counterfeit Koetsu. In fact, only a qualified Koetsu technician can truly tell them apart."This is an ex...
You can't have too many apostrophe's
The fact is that in some impoverished third-world nations the quality of grade-school education is far superior to that offered in the USA. America has become the collective voice of indifference with regard to education. Instead we import educate...
You can't have too many apostrophe's
Paul,An assured method of tempering your obsession is to deal with the illiterate on a large scale. The significance of correct grammar versus poor grammar is substantially diminished. The fact that people can convey concepts and ideas effectively...
You can't have too many apostrophe's
Didn't common-use cause the Queen's English to devolve into American English? And what is the correct usage of an apostrophe? I once was a stickler for correct grammar and found over the years that it was irrelevant even in arena's where one might...
Are singers musicians?
The human voice is a musical instrument. Professional singers, particularly operatic, generally require extensive ongoing training in the use of their voice as a musical instrument. If the definition of musician is one who uses or plays a musical i...
Dunlavy SC-IVa speaker cabinet refinishing source?
Dan,It can't be from a lack of moisture. There is little or no moisture in the Los Angeles area. I have two pairs of SC-V's neither of which have shown any of the problems you mentioned. I have owned these for around 10+ years. The veneer is still...
