Good Match for Soliloquy 6.3's and Luxman R-117?
I have 6.3s and am using a double run of Kimber 4TC, but this is an area in which I am also considering an upgrade. I am using Acoustic Zen Matrix Reference ICs and am considering their Satori speaker cables. I am also looking at Analysis Plus Ova...
Any non-box or non-black grey amplifiers?
Redgum amps are highly polished wood(redgum wood from Australia) faceplates with black chassis. I have the integrated and it is stunning. The pictures on the website do not due justice to the gloss or the beauty.

Solid State Integrated in 1500- 1800 range ?
I have a Redgum RGi120s integrated amplifier, and have been impressed with it since day one. I checked out Primare, Roksan, Rega, NAD, Arcam, Plinius, Creek, etc when purchasing my amp. I am extremely happy with what the Redgum brings to my system...

BEST Speakers for the BANG around 2K
Soliloquy 6.3, I got mine for 1700 used. These are amazing loudspeakers. Deep powerful bass, but very detailed with plenty of "air". The overall tonal balance of them is the best that I have heard in this pricerange.
Efficient speakers to use with Jolida 102B amp?
Used Soliloquy 5.0 monitors could probably be found in the 500 range.
Powerful Integrated Amp for Inefficient Speakers
Redgum RGi120, SS integrated from Australia, very musical with enough power to drive almost anything. Redgum makes what they call their ENR "signature series" which is a higher current model designed for inefficient speakers. Mine is the regular R...

Jazz Recommendations
If you can find it, Norris Turney - Big, Sweet, & Blue. It is somewhat obscure from the label "Mapleshade", but excellent jazz. He was an altoist and flutist for Ellington towards the end of Duke's life. This was his first and only release und...
