Can cables of any cost and quality provide bass response missing in my B&W speakers?
" Speaker cable Kimber 4VS or 8VS also enhance bass a bit.Curiously it is NOT the wire, it is the INSULATION given credit for the bass enhancement. per Kimber themselves."So the Kimber 4PR or 8PR must be just as good for less money. same insulation.
Audio cables ,and power cords the most forgotton- part of an Audio system.
Why does Marantz advise to NOT use another power cord than the one provided?

OldGuide +1, and imho Audioquest is THE king of snake oil nowadays.  It is amazing to see the fallacies they come up with, just to sell cables ranging from thin- ("entry-level") to larger-gauges ("high-end").
Bi Wire vs Speaker Jumpers
Based on my experience with bi-wiring on more than a dozen speakers, it makes a difference with 3-way speakers and large woofers.Unnecessary with 2-ways. Also no need to spend a fortune on nicely worded pseudo-science, large gauge ropes of pure co...

Why $600?
Wharfedale Denton vs Diamond 225
+1 on the fact that the Denton lacks dynamics when played very loud.  They are very rich at low to mid-volume, but they start to sound compressed when pushed beyond normal listening levels.Love mine.

6 inches of Copper is 6 inches of copper, nothing more nothing less, no matter how much you pay for them.  The key is to minimize the resistance between the posts.  So... nothing can be better than making jumpers out of 12awg or 14awg copper wires...
Wharfedale Opus speaker line
I bought a pair of wharfedale denton 80th anniversary last year, and they continue to amaze me with really wonderful sound in mid-field setup.Extraordinary finish. Take a very long time to break-in. Retailers are crazy to let them go at such a low...
Higher end value cables

Save your money and try 9 or 10awg with simple bfa plugs... Plenty of options, belden 5t00up, van damme hifi 6mm, furez 10awg.... Move your speakers a few inches left right back or forward.  If that doesn't do it, tweek sub, or audition alternativ...
Help needed for a skeptic!
What about Van Damme Hi-Fi UP LC-OFC 6mm, or 4mm, terminated by you with pure copper BFA plugs Furez TSTSB50NP.I would be very surprised if that does not make the best possible connection.
