Does raising speaker cables off the floor really make a big difference?
I have no clue as to why folks think "raising wire off the floor" is a "cash cow tweak". There are numerous ways to do this and spend a pittance of money. Cups, CD cases, etc. Seems to me these individuals have little interest in experimenting wit...
Subwoofers and Phase Question For You Sub Experts
Agree with daveyf.  Go with the appropriate REL sub.  I have the T7i with my Joseph Audio Pulsars.  Integration is seamless as far as I can tell and the sub positively impacts / enhances all frequencies, not just the low / mid bass.
Does raising speaker cables off the floor really make a big difference?
Static electricity can be caused by friction, electrostatic induction or electrostatic conduction. I am no physicist but it appears the static phenomena between the wire and the carpet fibers is caused by either induction or conduction. Charging b...
Does raising speaker cables off the floor really make a big difference?

The amazing new Marigo Evolution Signature Mat
I just received an e-mail from a poster on this thread. It was condescending and insulting. I have blocked him from sending me another e-mail.This does raise an interesting issue about this site and its Discussion Forum. If one has something to say ...

Audiofeil,Actually it's sad that you don't understand the concept (musicality) assuming you enjoy listening to music.
The amazing new Marigo Evolution Signature Mat
Cooper,Don't beat yourself up over this.As I said in a previous post, some people feel the need to post negative comments although they have absolutely no basis for doing so.Sounds a bit like politics? The blind leading the blind or perhaps other ...
