| Monstrous power cables FWIW, I doubt it was 'steel" mesh. Probably tinned copper to reduce EMI. Also, teflon "tape" (if that is what it is) isn't a bad thing in cables. But, regardless of all that, if you don't like how it sounds, don't use it. All the best | |
