I have a simular problem.  My tubed integrated has a balance dial and I simply adjust it.   Nothing complicated just common sense.
Anyone experienced the Luxman MQ-300 or/and The Air Tight ATM-300R?
Great thread.  Not surprised the Luxman works and sounds great in the room.  I have a very inefficient speaker in a 11 x 12 room and run two amps, a 2a3 push pull 12 watts and a 7 watt integrated .  The 2a3 sounds like a muscle amp and the el84 in...
What is the most FUN pair of speakers you've ever had and why?
Sejodiren,I think they sold for about $2,000 new. I will be buying a pair of rebuilt Quads 57's in the near future.  That's another speaker that has a midrange to die for.

Bache, can we agree that all speakers are a compromise?  My crossoverless AER was not thin sounding at all.   I guess my question to you have you heard either the Charney or Cube audio in a room  you know and with familiar equipment?  It has been ...

Rodg827 & Larryi,Thank you both for your detailed and enthusiastic recommendation of the Charney speaker.   I have owned both Lowther & AER drivers in the past and loved both but the AER was alot smoother.  I have talked to Brian a few tim...
