You should check out Vivid Audio V1.5. It fits all your criteria.
Does this speaker exist?
I second the Vivid Audio speakers. V1.5 or B1 will fit you nicely.

Avalon Eidolon Diamond vs Revel Salon 2
Bo1972, you seem to know the traits of speakers very well. What do you think of Vivid Audio speakers like the B1?

Avantgarde Uno 2.0, 2.1
Acresverde,Ok. Now try just reversing the positive and negative leads on the speaker wires from the amp. Let me know how that is.
Avantgarde Uno 2.0, 2.1
Runmeshaw,Give it a shot and let me know how it goes.
Avantgarde Uno 2.0, 2.1
Acresverde,Yes, I would expect it would be the same for the Duo's. So keep the same wiring you have right now (reverse on the subs and normal on the horns). Just reverse the positive and negative on the leads to the speakers from the amplifier.
Tact 2.2x Service
You can go to the Tactaudiousersgroup forums and find a lot of information there. I'm not too familiar with the 2.2x but on my 2.2xp, it is possible to program without a computer but it's a LOT easier using it with a computer.

Room Acoustics and Speaker interaction.
Nvp,No offense taken. We're all here to help each other out and try to give advice to the best of our knowledge. Given the size of the room and where you want to place the speakers, I would go with Nvp's suggestion and get a front ported speaker a...
Room Acoustics and Speaker interaction.
Nvp,I'm not saying the op has any problems. I'm just saying the room has more to do of the booming bass than the speakers themselves. You're right about the limitations of room correction but seeing from the options of the op, the room corrections...
Room Acoustics and Speaker interaction.
It's your room not the speakers. My suggestion is get whatever speaker you like, put it where you want (against the wall) and get a tact 2.0s preamp and do the room correction. It will do wonders. No boomy bass.
