| Record mishaps I have dropped the turntable weight on a couple of records, including a MFSL Pixies Bossanova. That hurt. Luckily it was still in print and I was able to replace it. | |

| seeking recommendations for a preamp I don't see that anyone has mentioned Modwright yet. I have a LS 100 in my main system and love it. It's 6SN7 based. If you keep an eye out you should be able to find a used one under your budget. | |
