Has anyone with a Lumin tried the L1 Library?

It appears that it might be a good alternative to the Synology NAS, but looking for any actual experiences.

The library is just wonderful -- so easy to use and works like a charm all the time. It has taken the guesswork out of using this wonderful player (at least for a person like me who is not too computer savvy). I have no compared it to a NAS but some people think it might even sound a bit better.
