Audirvāna News - Antipodes and 3D Lab with Audirvāna inside their music servers.

Audiovana email received today announces “Discover our first ’CorePlayer’ partners Antipodes and 3D Lab with Audirvāna inside their music servers”.

“An upcoming software release from both companies will soon include Audirvāna linux core player app. So Audirvāna will run directly in their music servers and network players. Owners of the Antipodes Kala or Oladra or 3D Lab Nano models will therefore be able to choose Audirvāna to manage their music and play it directly from their server. They will control it simply using the Audirvāna Remote app on their smartphone or tablet”

“Audiovana also announces new ’Plāys with Audirvāna’ partners: AURALIC*, LUMIN, MATRIX AUDIO, NAGRA and TRINNOV”.

My Infigo Audio IS-1 Streamer also includes Audiovana software installed.

FYI: Audirvana Studio enhances audio quality on computers by optimizing the operating system for audio playback and disabling non-essential services. It functions as a third-party player, scanning local music libraries and integrating streaming services like Tidal and Qobuz, but not Spotify or Apple Music. Audirvana offers both subscription and lifetime license models. The software is praised for its superior audio playback quality, which improves dynamic range and clarity.

Since my Audiovana App is running on a LINUX server, I thought this was interesting:

“Audirvana on Linux differs from other platforms primarily in its headless server setup, meaning it operates without a graphical user interface and is controlled via a remote app. This setup is ideal for users who prefer a centralized music server. Unlike the Windows and macOS versions, which have desktop interfaces, the Linux version requires command-line interaction for updates and configurations. Additionally, the Linux version is optimized for sound quality using ALSA, potentially offering better audio performance due to reduced system interference”.

I have a Antipodes Oladra, so I'm interested in when the upgrade will take place and how it will be implemented?

@ricred1, The email I received from Audiovana said “ An upcoming software release from both companies will soon include Audirvāna linux core player app. So Audirvāna will run directly in their music servers and network players”. It said nothing about when.

please call Antipodes and ask them Or, post this question on the Audiovana Community Forum.

I received an Audiovana email yesterday and it said “Discover our first ’CorePlayer’ partners Antipodes and 3D Lab with Audirvāna inside their music servers”.  I have no other info.
