Nuclues plus bricked

Roon forced an update of my nucleus plus and its now bricked. Anyone else run into this issue?

When it works I can't argue it's a great product BUT their support model is terrible and as a company they are far from customer friendly Both reasons after 5 yrs of use I dumped them and moved on
