I use a Jeff Rowland Continuum S2 integrated with my Metal V2’s. I also a pair of the Fire V2’s. The match is excellent. My dealer carries Rowland, Totem and Luxman. When I enquired about upgrading my CD player he suggested Luxman as he felt that it would compliment the Rowland amp because it has a similar neutral tone. I would imagine that the 507 would be a great match.
Has anyone tried a Luxman int amp with the Totem metal or fire V2 speakers?
I am currently using a Luxman L-507ux amp and am planning on sticking with this brand. Maybe upgrading to the 507z. I will be in FL for bike week and plan on listening to the Totem Element speakers. From the few reviews I have seen and from some past experiance with speakers like Fulton 80's , and Reference 3A speaker where both ran crossoverless midrang/midbass drivers I'm thinking these might be speacial. The technology in the midbass drivers should make them sing.
Wondering if I like them in the store are they likely play well with the Luxman. I will not be lugging my Luxman with me on my bike. If someone has already tried this combination I would interested to hear their thoughts.
