Hello folks. I can tell you categorically that High End Turntables is not located in Ireland. The address terrestrial address they give is for short term serviced offices located in the centre of Dublin city and the rental company have confirmed that there is no business called High End Turntables operating from there.

Scams are commonplace these days.  Could be anything or anywhere, and online is the easiest way for them.  My bank acct. was attempted unsuccessfully [thank God].  Be careful out there.
