Pro-Ject Stream Box s2 Ultra - Network Change HELP!

I have generally been satisfied by my Stream Box for the past few years - until today, when I have been embarrassingly stymied by the simplest of changes to its settings.

The gist of the issue is that I changed routers and now cannot figure out how to change the Stream Box's network settings to connect to the newly established WiFi network.

The old network the streamer was connecting to no longer exists, yet when I power the Pro-Ject on it boots up as if nothing has changed, giving me two blue lights, indicating that it is connected... to some network, I suppose, although I have no idea which one. I cannot access any of its control pages whether through the mobile app, or the IP address via desktop.   It will not broadcast its own network for me to connect to and configure it, which is what happens when you first set it up.

Honestly, I am a bit beside myself that this device can make something so simple as a network change so unnecessarily complicated, and the manual is less than useless.

Does anyone out there have any advice as to what I might try to configure this streamer to connect to the new network?  Thank you in advance!

@zm - I don't have the Project but I googled the user manual - think what you are after is on page 5

I have the same device.  Sometimes downloading the app again helps with issues.
PM me if you need any more help and I will try to assist.

Factory reset:

• Obtain a USB Thumb Drive

• Format it as “FAT32” using the MBR partition table. Please note that MacOS often uses a different partition table by default! Please make sure to select the MBR partition table when formatting.

• Download this file http://repo.volumio.org/utils/factory_reset

• Please use Google Chrome or Firefox if the download doesn’t start automatically

• Copy it on the Thumb Drive (make sure the name of the file is exactly "factory_reset")

• Turn off the Stream Box S2 Ultra and unplug the ethernet cable (if connected)

• Plug the thumb drive to one of the USB ports

• Turn on the Stream Box S2 Ultra

• IMPORTANT: During this phase the unit might restart multiple times and this factory reset will take about 5 minutes.

• The factory reset will be completed when the Net-LED starts blinking again

I only needed this one time.

Thanks for the advice, all.

@facten I tried the steps outlined in the manual with no success, but thanks for looking that up and sharing.

@gasnsteering thanks for the offer of help - I like this device a lot, but I think it's fair to say the UI could be improved upon.

@fuzztone Thanks for this - I managed to get in touch with Pro-Ject USA and they led me to the same procedure. I actually had to go out and buy a flash drive because I haven't had a need for one in so long!  I am going to give this process a try and imagine it should set the device straight.
