LYRA DELOS IS AMAZING!!!!

After nearly throwing the LYRA DELOS in the garbage, a swap out of phono preamps have vindicated this fine cartridge.  The BAT VK P12 phono preamp has transformed the LYRA into a game changer. I retract all previous statements about this Cartridge other than it I do believe it sounds best with tubes or EXTREMELY high end solid state with FET's. Music now floats effortlessly without grain, without harshness and full of detail.  The Lyra tracks beautifully and is nearly as quiet as digital( no clicks and pops).

Looking forward to your update when a Usage Period of 150ish Hours are behind the Delos.

As for me, I'm looking forward to another train wreck of a thread where the OP calls everyone deaf and bashes their equipment choices.

no worries. everyone is entitled to their own reviews. but at very least the OP listens and try different things and willing to admit otherwise. this in my book is OK. pat on the back. 

the worse is advise is not taken try or keep quiet and just remain ignorant. 

delos potential is huge. play around and you will see @jeffvegas. very high performance and Alot of things can be done. I heard the nasty side and best side of this cart. if you can 'conquer' cart like that and make it sound good. you can 'conquer' any other cart. it's like the ns 10 yamaha speakers.can sound nasty but can be very special. due to the high transparency.
