Good day fellows and fellowettes.

Gonna replay Mary Chapin Carpenter "Sometimes Just the Sky" Recommend

Finally got in the following after their 6 weeks in the USPS system:

Suzanne Vega "An Evening of New York Songs & Stories"
The Police "Every Move You Make/The Studio Recordings" box

"Caldera, that’s with Alex Acuña of Weather Report fame, right? Great stuff."
Close! He was guest drummer on Time and Chance. I only have 2 of their albums, the other being eponymous, and he isn’t on that one. I haven’t yet played it because it was a bin purchase and the previous owner seems to have subscribed to the "clean records with 80 grit sandpaper" theory. T+C however I’m on my second copy - I LOVE that album!
Suzanne Vega "An Evening of New York Songs & Stories"
EU/Cooking Vinyl/2020.

Looking forward to this one because, it's SV and everything I own on Cooking Vinyl sounds great. BTW, after the US clean, I saw nothing in the tank. Very clean lps.
The SV above is wonderful IMO. I own most of her studio lps. They sound great. This live lp from Cafe' Carlyle in NYC is warm and intimate. Sounds very analog to me. Comparing this one to her studio lps may be kind of like going from solid state amp/s to tube amp/s.

Recommended, wonderful!
