First opera performance at the opening of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in 1965 I was 9 years old and brought my parents (chauffeured me) to see Un Ballo in Maschera (Konya & Price). Wow! Seen about 400 operas since then. Have 1000's of opera LPs and about 150 CD sets.
