Yet another Sub Question

Got a T/9x was considering adding another. But I think a remember reading on here someone saying they auditioned a Single S/510 vs 2 9x and chose a Single S/510. Seems like people always say 2 better than one even if you have to go smaller but....?

Current Tower Speaker specs

Sensitivity (1W @ 1m) 90db

 

Frequency response (+/-3dB) 47Hz - 20kHz
Bass extension (-6dB) 40Hz
Crossover frequency 300Hz & 3.5kHz

Yeah I currently have the existing 9x set really low.  Don't take much and mud happens

what does the REL website speaker pairing suggest?

Well the REL site does not have my QUAD Z-4.  But the Z-4 are in the same class as say Focal 936 or 948.  I had the 926 prior to the Z-4.    All the Focal Aria series result in a 9x suggestion for my room size.   Thats how I ended up with one.
